Head Chef Authentique - Toronto

Born and raised in the Bahamas, Chef Bri Bullard discovered her love for cooking at a young age. With a passion for seafood cultivated by the abundance of the ocean around her, she has become a renowned culinary artist known for her skillful creations. Through dedication and diverse talents, including certification as a welder, Chef Bullard has earned recognition on a global scale. Her appearances on CHCH News, features in *The Tribune*, and accolades in Cruise Critic have solidified her status as a celebrated celebrity chef.  Chef Bullard's culinary philosophy revolves around creating edible art that marries elegance with bold flavors. Her motto, "Fancy Meets Flavor, Quality Fresh Flavor Always," reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence in both presentation and taste.  Continuing to push boundaries in the culinary world, Chef Bri Bullard is currently working on a cookbook, offering cooking lessons, and developing a line of specialty seafood sauces. Her innovative projects and dedication to her craft serve as inspiration to food enthusiasts worldwide.

Arush Vidhan Singh

Head Chef 915 - Toronto

Arush Vardhan Singh, born on May 12, 1993, hails from the vibrant city of New Delhi, India, and currently calls Toronto, Canada home. 
Arush's passion for cooking blossomed at a young age, nurtured by his family's reverence for good food and culinary traditions. Arush embarked on a path to become a chef. His formal education in hotel and hospitality management in New Delhi, India, and culinary management in Niagara Falls, Canada, laid the foundation for his culinary career. As the Head Chef at 915 DuPont, Arush credits his early career experiences in farm-to-table and high-intensity kitchen environments for shaping his skills and work ethic.  Arush's culinary style reflects his Indian upbringing, emphasizing the complexity of flavors and quality seasonal ingredients to create dishes that honor tradition.  Recognized in Toronto Life magazine for his culinary prowess, Arush aspires to elevate Indian cuisine on a larger scale while preserving its true essence and identity.

Nalin Mehra

Executive Chef Gully- Toronto

Chef Nalin, born and raised in New Delhi, India, followed his passion for cooking at a young age and pursued formal training in culinary management at George Brown in Toronto. Specializing in Italian and French cuisine, he gained valuable experience working in top restaurants in Toronto and a Michelin Star in Spain. With a love for Indian food, he launched Gully Boyz in 2022, which quickly expanded to include Gully, a popular sit-down restaurant and cocktail bar in downtown Toronto. Nalin's unique blend of spices and flavors has captured the hearts of locals, making Gully a must-visit destination. Follow his exciting culinary journey on @Chef_Nalin.

Owner Hayward Food Co - Toronto

Inspired by chefs like the Joe Beef team and Fergus Henderson, Ben's culinary philosophy centers around simplicity, letting quality ingredients shine at their peak freshness and temperature. His style reflects a blend of tradition and creativity,  With mentors like Colin Reed and Craig Harding, Ben honed his skills and developed a deep respect for the craft of cooking. His journey from self-taught chef to successful business owner is a testament to his dedication and artistry in the kitchen, earning him a reputation for creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate the joy of good food shared with others.

Artem Shcherbina

Head Chef Broadview Hotel - Toronto

Artem Shcherbina, an accomplished Executive Chef, has risen to prominence in the culinary world thanks to his unwavering passion for pushing boundaries and breaking conventions. Drawing inspiration from his Russian heritage and his grandfather's culinary legacy, Shcherbina has crafted a career defined by innovation and creativity.

From a young age, Shcherbina's interest in the art of cooking was sparked by his grandfather, setting him on a path towards culinary excellence. His formal training has taken him through a wide range of culinary traditions, allowing him to master techniques from French, Caribbean, and North American cuisines.  Currently, Shcherbina serves as the head chef at the prestigious Broadview Hotel in downtown Toronto, where he showcases his extensive expertise in creating unforgettable dining experiences. 

Shcherbina's culinary philosophy revolves around pushing boundaries and exploring new frontiers in the culinary world, making him a respected figure in fine dining. His work not only showcases his technical prowess but also his profound love for creating groundbreaking culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Eugene Chiu

Executive Chef Durham College - Oshawa

Eugene Philip William Wai-Ming Chiu,  embodies a cultural blend of Chinese (Hong Kong) and Ukrainian-Canadian influences that shape his diverse culinary journey. Rooted in a love for Italian, Chinese, and various cuisines, Eugene's passion for cooking ignited at the tender age of 5.   Eugene's culinary education transcends traditional training. His career trajectory led him from humble beginnings as a dishwasher at Montana's to achieving culinary excellence as the Executive Chef of Foodservice at Durham College.  Eugene's unique culinary style embodies a harmonious fusion of Eastern and Western influences, blending Chinese, Korean, and Japanese street food with Western culinary techniques. His creations, such as the 5 Spice Duck and Alderwood Smoked Kimchi Fries, reflect his innovative approach to reinventing traditional dishes for modern palates.  Embracing his favorite ingredients—from the rich flavors of Lion's Mane mushrooms to the vibrant pairing of cilantro and ginger—Eugene's culinary creations reflect his passion for exploring unique and bold flavors.

Michael was surrounded by the warm embrace of family and the tantalizing aromas of Italian Abbruzze cuisine. Under the mentorship of Chef Roberto Florindi, Michael learned the art of crafting flavors that tell a story and evoke emotions. His culinary journey was not handed to him on a silver platter; he earned his skills through hard work and dedication, starting from the bottom and working his way up. Now, as he sets his sights on the bright lights of the culinary world, Michael is determined to make his mark as the next great TV chef. His dream of hosting a live cooking show under the persona of "Yung Chef" is more than just a goal—it's a testament to his unwavering commitment to his craft. With every dish he creates, Michael weaves together a tapestry of flavors and experiences that reflect his unique journey.  As Michael continues to push boundaries and defy expectations, he serves as an inspiring example of what can be achieved through hard work, determination, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
